When I first started working with data a couple decades ago as a researcher, it was a relatively unglamorous and unknown role. But in the years that have elapsed, data scientist has become the sexiest job of the 21st century and artificial intelligence has become a massively disruptive technology. The media has picked up on this in a big way and I'm very grateful that my work has been showcased in articles, podcasts, and interviews.
